Amplify Allyship, founded by Brittany King, exists to advance diversity, equity, and allyship across industries. As a newly established company, they prepared to introduce themselves on a national scale with the Amplify Allyship Tour—a four-city initiative designed to spark dialogue and drive impact.

While the vision was clear, the brand and marketing strategy weren’t strong enough to support a launch of this scale. That’s where LLYP Studios came in.

We partnered with Amplify Allyship as their strategic marketing team—building brand identity systems, a website, communications, and collateral that positioned them as a professional, credible brand ready for national visibility.

The Challenge

Amplify Allyship had momentum because of Brittany King’s reputation as a credible thought leader. But the credibility rested solely on her personal brand, not on the company itself. She was seen as the solution rather than Amplify Allyship being recognized as the promise and provider of change.

This posed two risks: first, the organization’s long-term credibility and scalability were tied to one person. Second, without a cohesive identity and strategy, the tour risked being perceived as just a series of events rather than the formal launch of a movement. The challenge was to shift credibility from the founder to the brand—creating an identity, structure, and strategy that gave Amplify Allyship its own voice and authority.

Our Approach

LLYP Studios applied our R.I.S.E. Method™ to reposition Amplify Allyship from a founder-led initiative to a company-led movement. Together we:

- Developed a brand identity system that positioned Amplify Allyship—not just Brittany—as the solution
- Clarified messaging and structure to communicate programs and impact beyond the founder
- Designed and launched the Amplify Allyship Tour website, a central hub for information, visibility, and engagement
- Built a communications and marketing strategy to highlight the organization’s collective voice and credibility
- Produced professional sponsorship and marketing assets that made Amplify Allyship stand on its own as a trusted brand

- Global Reach: Expanded visibility beyond the U.S. into countries like China, Germany, Spain, and India.

- Audience Growth: 222 visits directly from social media campaigns, compared to just 28 for the main site.

- Founder Confidence: Brittany reported 100% agreement that branding elevated professionalism, reduced her workload, clarified messaging, and made her more confident in pitching and securing partnerships.

- Differentiation: Survey feedback confirmed LLYP provided strategy and expertise that went beyond a traditional design project—establishing Amplify Allyship as a professional brand and credible leader.
