Cancellation Policy
Design in a Day – Booking Policy Thank you for booking Design in a Day with LLYP Studios. Please review the terms below before your session begins. Payment Terms Full payment of $500 is required at booking to secure your design day. This service is non-refundable and non-transferable. Timeline Your 8 custom graphics will be delivered within 48 hours of your scheduled Design Day. The 48-hour window begins after our 30-minute strategy call and once all required content has been submitted. What’s Included 8 professionally designed graphics One focused design day 1 round of revisions (must be requested within 24 hours of delivery) Final files provided for both print and digital use Content & Materials To avoid delays, please submit any logos, brand assets, text, or examples before your strategy call. Lack of content may impact the quality or turnaround of your designs. Scheduling & Rescheduling You may reschedule your Design Day once at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 reschedule fee applies to second changes or no-shows. If you miss the strategy call without notice, your session may be forfeited. Scope & Limitations This offer is limited to 8 static graphic designs. Animated graphics, multi-page documents, video editing, branding, or web design are not included. Additional designs beyond the 8 included will be billed at $75 per design or by retainer. Final Notes This is a fast-turn, simplified design package offered at a seasonal rate. Any work beyond the listed scope will be billed separately. By booking this service, you agree to the terms outlined above.
