Brand Strategy Intensive — Terms & Conditions By booking the Brand Strategy Intensive with LLYP Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Payment & Refunds Full payment of $750 is required at the time of booking. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your booking, you are reserving dedicated strategy time and agreeing to these terms. Rescheduling One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. The rescheduled appointment must be booked within a reasonable timeframe based on LLYP Studios’ availability. Missed Appointments If you miss your scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the complimentary reschedule is forfeited. A $50 rescheduling fee will be required to book a new appointment. Late Arrivals Your session will end at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival time. Arriving late does not extend the session or qualify for a complimentary reschedule. Session Scope The Brand Strategy Intensive is a strategic consultation, not a guarantee of specific business, marketing, financial, or organizational outcomes. Recommendations are based on the information provided by the client and the strategist’s professional assessment during the session. Brand Alignment Action Plan Your Brand Alignment Action Plan will be delivered within 48 hours following your session. The plan is yours to keep and may be implemented independently, shared with your team or other service providers, or used as the foundation for future work with LLYP Studios. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
