Brand Strategy Experience – Booking Policy Thank you for booking the Brand Strategy Experience with LLYP Studios. Please review the terms below prior to your session. Payment Terms Full payment of $400 is required at booking to secure your session. This service is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you choose to move forward with a full branding package, your $400 fee will be credited toward the total cost. What’s Included A 90-minute Brand Strategy Session (virtual) A brand audit of your current materials Strategic recommendations based on the 4P Holistic Approach A summarized Brand Strategy Report delivered within 5–7 business days One follow-up email for clarification or minor refinement (no additional calls) Session Expectations Please arrive prepared to discuss your goals, challenges, audience, and current brand materials. We recommend having access to your website, social links, and any existing brand assets during the session. Scheduling & Rescheduling You may reschedule once at no cost if done at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 reschedule fee applies to a second date change or any no-show. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled and a reschedule fee may apply. Scope & Limitations This service provides strategic clarity and direction, not design deliverables. No graphics, logos, templates, or website updates are included. Additional support, implementation, or consulting must be booked as a separate service or package. Refunds & Cancellations This session is non-refundable due to the preparation work completed before your meeting. If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to notify us, the session is forfeited. Final Notes This experience is designed to give you crystal-clear direction and strategic alignment before investing in a full rebrand. By booking this service, you agree to the terms outlined above.
